Guest Screening
We know how important it is to have a thorough guest screening process and that’s why we make sure to have the following in place:

Government-issued ID

Photo matching their ID

Verified email address

Verified phone number

List the number of guests and the reason for their trip

We look for guests with positive reviews from other hosts

WiFi Locks
We utilize WiFi smart locks to maintain access to your property at all times. Each guest is given a unique code to access the property during the check-in and check-out times of their stay. The guests are no longer able to access the property after their reservation has ended. We also have visibility to see each time a guest has accessed the property.
Security Camera
A security camera (ring doorbell) is installed at the exterior of the property. Anytime a guest arrives at the property, we are notified via the ring app. This allows us to make sure the person who booked the reservation is the correct person along with confirming the guest count.
Noise Detection Software
We install a noise detection monitor in the interior of the home. This allows us to be able to monitor the property 24 hours a day and be notified if the noise level has exceeded the threshold.
