Guest Screening

We know how important it is to have a thorough guest screening process and that’s why we make sure to have the following in place: 

  1. Government-issued ID

  2. Photo matching their ID

  3. Verified email address

  4. Verified phone number

  5. List the number of guests and the reason for their trip

  6. We look for guests with positive reviews from other hosts

 

WiFi Locks

We use WiFi smart locks with unique guest access codes that automatically expire after checkout, ensuring secure access and full visibility of all property entries.

 

Security Camera 

 

Exterior security cameras notify us of guest arrivals, helping verify reservations and confirm guest count for added property security.

 

 

Noise Detection Software

 

We install a noise detection monitor in the interior of the home. This allows us to be able to monitor the property 24 hours a day and be notified if the noise level has exceeded the threshold.
